So it came to be that after all my complaining and worries that getting old must mean I’m a failure it came about that I had a very good birthday after all. (Thanks to the points made by my friends of course).

I'd like to take this moment to let everyone know that life is good for the moment.
It’s been a long stretch of bad times, going back even before dad got sick and only getting worse when he did. But now, things are starting to look up and its crept up on me almost from nowhere.
